This master planned resort community is located directly above the golf course and convention center, overlooking Acapulco Bay. The design uses the topography and natural landscape to generate five distinct activity centers: (1) seven story, 400-guestroom luxury hotel with its terraced swimming lagoon and tropical courtyard, serving as the hub for the entire development; (2) the terraced villas, town homes and condominiums being nestled into the dense landscape. Affording private estate living; (3) the timeshare apartments planned out as small villages; (4) the tennis center serving as a recreational magnet for all of Acapulco; and (5) fourteen grass tennis courts, two air-conditioned indoor courts, and one stadium court.
This $1 billion mixed use development on 24 acres consists of: three high rise office towers (50 and two 35 stories) with a private member only sports club; a five star, 700 guest room, luxury hotel containing three restaurants, grand ballroom, and related conference/seminar rooms; and 792 residential condominium units in four 36 story towers. The entire project will have 8 million square feet of development and will provide parking for 8,000 cars.
